As far as no particular conditions were arranged and confirmed by us in writing, the following shipping- and payment conditions and terms are valid. The customer explains his/her agreement by placing an order. The newest terms of business are valid in each case.

Conclusion of contract

All orders, agreements, supplements, alterations as well as collateral agreements are only then applied if they were confirmed by us in writing.

Prices

The prices of the respective current product-survey are valid. Price change and error participate reservations. With new-appearance of a catalog as well as a price list, the preceding become invalid. With particular offers, we are only bound for the named term and the named prices. Our prices are subject to change and valid from place of delivery. Packing and shipping charges are calculated at cost price. The prices are given in EURO and comprise the legal value-added tax.

Shipping information

The delivery is assured by us. We choose the shipping method together with the customer.

Payment conditions

We accept only payment before delivery for foregin orders.

Shipping dates

We ship after agreement. Stock-containing products will be shipped as soon as possible. The dates of delivery are considered from the clarification of the order and are not binding for us. The liability of complete order-fulfillment and the arranged time of delivery are not binding for us at a breakdown or traffic delay and other cases of act of God.

Product alterations

We reserve the right to alter our products to serve the improvement or the technical advance. The purchaser is not authorized to resign from his order for that reason.

Guarantee

We grant warranty for the supplied commodity in the context of the legal regulations. This guarantee is applied only to such defects, that appear under normal operating conditions and regular use. It is not applied to such defects, that appear under improper use, excessi ve stress, repair by unauthorized persons, rebuilding as well as alteration and normal wear. Returns will be not accepted without agreement. Defects must be reported by the customer without delay within 3 days after receiving the commodity. Is the claim legitimated we will promptly replace the item or repair it for free. Damages for lost profits or prizes or for other trouble are excluded. We only accept complaints with presentation of the defect article. Returns must be paid by the customer.

Damages

Since we cannot supervise the correct building and use, we will not pay for damages that happen while using and operating our products.

In case of damage the shipper must file a written claim. This claim has to be completed by a report of damaged shipment signed by receiver. It is essential that the recipient notifies any damage or has stress marks on parcel upon delivery on the delivery form followed by signatures of recipient and shipping service employee. Without this notification no claim can be accepted/ processed afterwards.

Questions of ownership

The commodity remains our property up to the complete payment, also, if the delivered products were further-processed, altered or resold to third party.

The area of jurisdiction is Plzen, Czech Republic.
